VALIS IS BACK!

After a long break we are back in action. We have started the song writing process for our next album and have plans to do shows this summer.
We had a great time in Europe. Thanks to all of the freaks who turned out. I would like to thank the person who gave me (Van) the Mumps! I had to notify the health department in two different counties and a bunch of people had to get shots and tests.
Very nice!

03/21/05 New EP and Euro-tour.
We are currently finishing up a new EP entitled "Champions of Magic" to be released in June on the flipside of the "Vast Active Living Intelligence System" re-issue for Small Stone Records. We think the new material is great and we can't wait to put it out. VALIS is also getting ready for our first ever tour of Europe. See our tentative dates below and check our tour section for updates. We will be playing the UK, Belgium and Holland this time around and hope to return in the Fall to hit all the places we miss this time.

More updates in the Tour section. We are playing with some really great bands in the coming weeks, check their links so you don't miss out. VALIS is also going back into the studio this week to record some bonus tracks for the re-release of Vast Active Living Intelligence System on Small Stone Records to be released this fall. Tracks will include a cover by Blue Oyster Cult and a few other choice oddities.

Valis is back from tour. Many thanks to everyone who came out to the shows and all the great bands we played with along the way. Valis is currently beginning work on the follow up to "Head Full of Pills" and it looks like more Northwest shows are in the works for December and January so look for details on these shows here in the coming weeks. Here a few pics from the road in the interim. If anyone has any pics from this tour please send them to adrian@valisnet.net and we'll post them here on the site.

Valis' second full length "Head Full of Pills" is finished and will be available at your local record store 10/12/04. Get your copy today by ordering it direct from Small Stone Records. We think this is our best release yet so get off your toadstool and buy it today. Valis will also be hitting the road in October and touring around the East Coast and Canada on our way to CMJ. Check our tour page and find out when and where Valis will rock your town.

Valis will be on tour as of March 12th and will be making their way to and from the Small Stone SXSW Showcase in Austin. Valis will also be playing two shows with the mighty Napalm Beach and Ditch Liquor this coming April as well as the infamous Emissions from the Monolith Fest Memorial Day Weekend. Valis is currently finishing up their second full length which is slated for release this Summer on Small Stone Records.
